Deep ruby in colour with aromas of ripe blackberry, plum, black cherry, vanilla, cocoa and sweet spices. The palate is medium to full-bodied with juicy dark fruit, hints of liquorice, toasted oak and soft, well-integrated tannins leading to a long, smooth finish.

Excellent with grilled steak, roast lamb, barbecued meats, beef stews, pork, venison, mature cheeses, mushroom dishes and Mediterranean cuisine.

The grapes are harvested from carefully selected vineyards in Jumilla and fermented separately before blending. The wine is aged for more than 6 months in oak barrels, allowing the fruit to integrate with subtle vanilla, spice and toasted notes while maintaining freshness and varietal character.
