Aromas of pomegranate, strawberry and citrus zest lead into flavours of grapefruit, cranberry, ripe strawberry, vanilla cream and subtle mineral notes. The finish is dry, crisp and refreshing with vibrant acidity.

Pairs beautifully with grilled prawns, tuna Niçoise salad, sushi, Mediterranean cuisine, fresh salads, grilled chicken, charcuterie, goat's cheese and light pasta dishes.

The grapes are harvested during the cool morning hours and gently pressed to achieve a delicate pale pink colour. Cool fermentation preserves the wine's fresh fruit aromas and bright acidity, resulting in a crisp, elegant rosé intended for early enjoyment.
