Mtsvane, Kisi and Khikhvi

11.5% ABV

Produced from Mtsvane, Kisi and Khikhvi grapes using skin-contact fermentation, where white grapes ferment with their skins and seeds in a method similar to red-wine production. Approximately 40% of the blend consists of Bolero’s traditional qvevri wine, combined with fresher wine to produce a lighter and more approachable orange style.

Dry, fresh and gently structured, with aromas and flavours of dried apricot, citrus peel, honey, walnuts and subtle spice. The palate offers moderate skin-contact tannins and nutty complexity without becoming overly intense, finishing clean and refreshing.

Pair with grilled chicken, roasted vegetables, spicy dishes, mezze, aromatic curries or mature cheeses. Its dried-fruit character also works particularly well with a fruit-and-cheese platter. Serve lightly chilled at approximately 10–12°C.
