Pale golden in colour with green reflections, the wine opens with elegant aromas of citrus, pear, and white flowers, interwoven with notes of honey, almond, and subtle oak spice. The palate is full yet balanced, offering layers of ripe peach, lemon zest, and mineral tones. A crisp acidity underpins the richness, leading to a long, refined finish with lingering hints of toast and stone fruit.

Ideal with grilled sea bass, shellfish, creamy risotto, roast chicken, or soft cheeses.

The grapes are hand-harvested from select high-altitude plots. After gentle pressing, the juice undergoes fermentation partly in stainless steel and partly in French oak barrels, enhancing both texture and aromatic depth. The wine then rests on fine lees for several months, with regular bâtonnage to build creaminess and structure while maintaining freshness and minerality.
