Pale straw-yellow colour with green reflections. The nose bursts with aromas of pear, lime, and white flowers, accented by a light saline character. On the palate, it is crisp and juicy with flavours of stone fruit, grapefruit, and a mineral-driven finish that lingers elegantly.

Perfect with seafood such as oysters, prawns, mussels, or grilled fish, as well as sushi and light salads.
