The grapes are hand-harvested from mature Primitivo vines grown in clay-limestone soils typical of Puglia. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures to preserve the aromatic freshness of the fruit. After fermentation, a portion of the wine is aged in oak barrels to enhance texture and add subtle spice notes, resulting in a wine of impressive depth and balance.
