Excellent as an aperitif or paired with grilled salmon, seafood risotto, summer salads, light pasta dishes, or goat cheese. It also complements charcuterie and Mediterranean fare.

The grapes are sourced from select vineyards in the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais regions, where cooler temperatures preserve acidity and aromatic delicacy. The wine is made using the direct pressing method, followed by a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to retain crisp fruit and floral notes. Minimal intervention and no oak ageing keep the wine clean and expressive.
