A delicate, translucent petal-pink colour. The nose opens with vibrant aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, and white peach, intertwined with hints of spring flowers and herbs. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, offering flavours of redcurrant, citrus peel, and melon, balanced by a subtle minerality and a long, saline finish. The wine exudes refinement and poise — quintessential Provence in a glass.

Perfect as an aperitif or with dishes such as grilled seabass, Mediterranean salads, sushi, Provençal vegetables, or goat cheese. Also pairs beautifully with light poultry or shellfish.

The grapes are sourced from terraced vineyards situated at an altitude of 350 metres, ensuring cool nights that preserve freshness and aromatic precision. Each grape variety is vinified separately. The Cinsault, Grenache, and Rolle undergo direct pressing, while the Syrah is vinified partly using the saignée method to enhance colour and complexity. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats (95%) and oak barrels (5%), with brief ageing on fine lees to enrich texture and balance.
