Pale straw colour with golden reflections. Aromas of pear, quince, and white peach are followed by subtle honey and chamomile notes. On the palate, it is rounded yet fresh, showing ripe stone fruit, green apple, and citrus zest with a hint of wet stone minerality. A clean, lingering finish marked by balanced acidity.

Excellent with grilled fish, creamy pasta, roasted vegetables, or soft cheeses like Brie and Camembert. Also delightful as an aperitif.

Made from dry-farmed bush vines rooted in decomposed granite soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels. No added enzymes or fining agents are used, and minimal sulphur is added at bottling. This natural fermentation approach enhances texture and expresses the vineyard’s minerality.
