The vineyards are situated on granite slopes and cultivated under dryland conditions, yielding small, concentrated berries. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and cold-macerated before fermentation in open-top tanks at moderate temperatures. Gentle punch-downs preserve fruit integrity and tannin finesse. After fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic conversion and matures for approximately twelve months in seasoned French oak barrels, allowing the components to integrate harmoniously before bottling.
