The grapes are harvested from select vineyards in western Sicily, where the Mediterranean breeze helps preserve acidity and aromatic intensity. After gentle destemming and fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, the wine is aged briefly in neutral oak and stainless steel to retain fruit purity and soft tannic structure. Minimal intervention and careful handling preserve the grape’s natural vibrancy and terroir-driven expression.
