The vineyard used for this Grenache is part of Bosman’s estate holdings, including a parcel called “Gesamentlike Wei” (a communal pasture) planted in 2016. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is done naturally (uninoculated), with short skin contact — about 3 days — before pressing at low °Brix. Malolactic conversion follows naturally, and the wine is unoaked (no new oak) to preserve fruit clarity and delicate texture.
