On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced, with bright acidity, delicate minerality, and notes of lemon curd and almond. The finish is dry, elegant, and refreshing, showing both structure and finesse.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with shellfish, sushi, smoked salmon, or light poultry dishes. Also excellent with soft cheeses or fruit desserts.

Hand-harvested grapes from limestone and marl vineyards are gently pressed to preserve aromatic integrity. The base wine undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine is aged on lees for 12–18 months before disgorgement, developing creamy texture and subtle autolytic notes. The Brut dosage ensures a crisp and clean finish while maintaining expressive fruit.
