Elegant floral aromas mingle with fresh red berries, ripe pear and delicate hints of vanilla. The palate is smooth, creamy and richly textured, balanced by refreshing acidity and refined structure. A long, graceful finish reveals subtle oak complexity and a distinctive saline character.

Estate-grown grapes are harvested during the cooler part of the day and carefully sorted by hand and optical technology. Following gentle crushing, the fruit is cooled to approximately 7–8°C and pressed in a closed circuit to minimise oxidation. Half of the juice is fermented and matured in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, while the remainder undergoes fermentation and maturation in 600-litre French-oak demi-muids. Regular bâtonnage during approximately eight months of maturation enhances texture and complexity.

Pairs beautifully with grilled prawns, lobster, seared salmon, tuna, sushi, roast chicken, Mediterranean vegetables, creamy pasta, soft cheeses and lightly spiced Asian dishes. Best served chilled at approximately 10–12°C.
