The palate is crisp, elegant, and beautifully balanced, with a silky texture and a clean, saline finish that enhances its refreshing character.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with grilled seafood, Provençal salads, sushi, goat cheese, or light Mediterranean dishes. Its finesse also makes it ideal with poached salmon or shellfish.

The vineyards are located at the foot of Montagne Sainte-Victoire, benefiting from a continental climate moderated by cool mountain breezes. Grapes are harvested during the night to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Vinification occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with minimal skin contact to achieve the wine’s pale, shimmering hue and delicate profile.
