The palate is vibrant yet structured, displaying layers of ripe red fruits, fine tannins, and a touch of savoury depth. The finish is long, smooth, and slightly floral, carrying the signature minerality of the Moulin-à-Vent terroir.

The grapes are hand-harvested from old Gamay vines rooted in granite and manganese-rich soils. The fruit is fully destemmed before fermentation to enhance purity and texture. Vinification follows traditional Burgundian methods, with gentle extraction to preserve elegance. The wine is aged for approximately 10 months in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new, to achieve balance between fruit expression and subtle oak spice.
