Ruby red in colour, this Chianti opens with aromas of red cherries, violets, and a touch of dried herbs. The palate is medium-bodied and lively, featuring flavours of ripe plum, cranberry, and subtle earthy notes with a trace of spice.

It pairs beautifully with traditional Italian fare such as pasta with tomato-based sauces, grilled lamb, roasted poultry, and aged cheeses.

The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation and maceration process typically lasts 10–12 days to ensure the full extraction of colour, flavour, and soft tannins. After fermentation, the wine undergoes brief maturation in oak casks to add structure and a delicate hint of spice, while maintaining its bright fruit profile. It is then refined in bottle before release.
