Civimta Pirosmani is a fruit-forward medium-dry Georgian red made from the indigenous Saperavi grape and named after celebrated Georgian artist Niko Pirosmani. It combines Saperavi’s naturally deep colour and dark-fruit intensity with a modest amount of residual sweetness, softening the variety’s tannins while retaining enough acidity to remain balanced and refreshing. The result is an approachable Georgian red suited to informal drinking and richly flavoured food.
