Deep garnet in colour with a complex bouquet of ripe blackberries, cassis, and plums interwoven with vanilla, cocoa, and sweet spice. The palate is full-bodied and silky, featuring flavours of dark cherries, mocha, and pepper with subtle oak undertones. Balanced acidity and fine tannins lead to a long, polished finish with a touch of minerality and warmth.

Grapes are hand-picked from select vineyard plots at altitudes of 700–850 metres. Each varietal is vinified separately, undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks for maximum varietal purity. The blend is aged for 12 months in a combination of new and used French and American oak barrels, adding depth and smooth tannins without overpowering the fruit.
