Deep ruby red. Aromas of ripe red cherries, blackberries, plum, and dried herbs, with subtle hints of spice, leather, and earth. Medium to full-bodied with velvety tannins and balanced acidity. Layers of red and black fruit, complemented by notes of liquorice, clove, and Mediterranean garrigue. Long, elegant, and slightly savoury, with lingering fruit and spice.

Excellent with roasted lamb, grilled meats, mezze platters, spiced Middle Eastern dishes, and mature cheeses.

Hand-harvested grapes from vineyards situated at around 1,050 metres above sea level. The altitude provides significant diurnal temperature variation, preserving acidity and aromatics. Fermentation is carried out in concrete vats using native yeasts, with minimal intervention and low sulphur usage. Ageing is often in concrete and/or old oak to emphasise fruit purity rather than heavy oak influence.
