Domaine Sainte Philomène Cuvée Valentino is a fresh, expressive Provençal white wine produced near Pélissanne in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation. Vermentino provides aromatic intensity, citrus character and texture, while Ugni Blanc contributes brightness and refreshing acidity. Pale yellow with green-silver highlights, it combines floral aromas with white fruit and citrus, leading to a supple, balanced palate. The estate’s vineyards are approximately 40 years old, and the cuvée has received several awards and recognition from the Guide Hachette des Vins.
