Deep ruby red with purple highlights. Aromas of cassis, blackberries, plums, and black cherries, with notes of cedar, tobacco, and vanilla spice. Medium to full-bodied with firm but ripe tannins. Concentrated dark fruit flavours layered with hints of mocha, green pepper, and oak spice. Long, structured, and elegant, with lingering fruit and subtle savoury notes.

Pairs excellently with grilled steaks, roast lamb, hearty stews, beef burgers, and mature cheeses. A versatile Cabernet for both casual and formal occasions.

Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. A portion of the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels (typically 8–10 months), adding structure, complexity, and subtle spice while maintaining fruit purity. Errazuriz emphasises balance between ripe fruit, freshness, and oak integration.
