Produced at the Hakushu Distillery using carefully selected peated malt whiskies aged for a minimum of 18 years in various cask types.

The distillery’s mountain water, naturally filtered through ancient granite, softens the whisky’s smoky character and contributes freshness, balance and finesse.

This limited release meets the Japan Spirits & Liqueurs Makers Association’s standards for Japanese whisky.

Luminous gold in colour. The nose opens with sage, ripe green apple and hints of pineapple, followed by gentle peat smoke.

The palate is complex and elegant, combining herbal notes, grapefruit, acacia honey, pepper and layered smoke.

The finish is long and clean, with lingering sweet smoke and fresh green citrus.

Pair with smoked salmon, grilled scallops, yakitori, roasted duck, charcoal-grilled mushrooms or lightly smoked cheese.

Dark chocolate and desserts made with honey or citrus also complement its elegant peat and fruit character.
