Produced from Romania’s historic Băbească Neagră variety, it has a bright, translucent ruby colour and an energetic fruit profile of raspberry, wild strawberry and sour cherry with delicate vegetal accents. Its light body, gentle tannins and naturally lively acidity create a crisp, refreshing and highly drinkable style particularly suited to warm weather, informal meals and outdoor dining.
