Pale straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. The nose opens with aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, and citrus zest, complemented by hints of almond and crushed stone. The palate is clean, vibrant, and layered, with flavours of lemon, apple, and mineral notes that culminate in a long, slightly nutty finish.

Pairs beautifully with grilled fish, shellfish, light pastas, risotto primavera, or mild cheeses such as ricotta or mozzarella.

The grapes are hand-harvested from hillside vineyards around the town of Soave, planted on volcanic basalt soils. After gentle pressing, the must is fermented in glass-lined cement tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve aromatic intensity. The wine remains on fine lees for several months to enhance texture and complexity before bottling, without oak influence.
