Sabado Grand Khikhvi Qvevri 2023 is a traditional Georgian dry white wine made exclusively from the indigenous Khikhvi grape in Gurjaani, Kakheti. Extended fermentation and maturation in buried clay qvevri vessels give the wine its deep golden-amber colour, structured texture and expressive combination of dried fruit, citrus, flowers and spice. This distinctive 2023 release received a Gold Medal at the 2025 International Wine & Spirit Competition.
