Deep ruby red in colour, the wine opens with enticing aromas of ripe blackberries, cherries, and plums, complemented by hints of vanilla, cocoa, and sweet spice. The palate is velvety and full-bodied, offering layers of dark fruit, soft tannins, and a gentle warmth. A touch of oak and balsamic undertones lead to a lingering, harmonious finish that is both rich and smooth.

Ideal with roasted meats, braised beef, game dishes, and aged cheeses.

The grapes are hand-harvested from mature vineyards near the Ionian coast, where the clay-limestone soils enhance structure and aroma. After careful selection, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for several months in French oak barrels, which lend subtle notes of vanilla and spice while preserving the grape’s vibrant fruit expression.
