Deep ruby red in colour, the wine reveals aromas of ripe red berries, blackcurrant, plum, and subtle notes of tobacco, cedar, and dried herbs. The palate is elegant and smooth, with fine-grained tannins and a refreshing backbone of acidity. Flavours of dark fruit, spice, and graphite unfold gracefully, leading to a long, refined finish with hints of mineral and savoury undertones.

Excellent with roast beef, grilled lamb, venison, or hearty pasta dishes with tomato-based sauces. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheeses and charcuterie.

The grapes—Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, and Merlot—are hand-harvested from estate vineyards cultivated with organic practices. Fermentation occurs in concrete vats using natural yeasts, followed by ageing for approximately 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels and an additional period in bottle before release. The meticulous vinification process preserves purity of fruit, structure, and aromatic depth while maintaining finesse and approachability.
