Deep ruby red with aromas of dark berries, sour cherry, pomegranate, and dried herbs. On the palate, firm tannins and lively acidity are balanced by notes of black plum, cranberry, spices, and earthy minerality. The finish is long, savoury, and slightly rustic, with a touch of smokiness.

Excellent with hearty Georgian cuisine such as khachapuri, khinkali (dumplings), and lamb stews. Pairs well with game meats, barbecued dishes, and aged cheeses. Best consumed young to capture freshness, but qvevri wines can age for 8–10 years, gaining additional complexity.

Hand-harvested grapes, fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts in qvevri. Long skin contact, giving intense colour and tannic structure. Minimal intervention, unfiltered, and typically with low sulphur. Traditional clay vessels allow gentle micro-oxygenation, enhancing complexity and age-worthiness.
