Deep purple with violet reflections. Aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, violets, and hints of black pepper and cocoa. Medium to full-bodied with silky tannins. Flavours of juicy black fruit, cassis, and blueberries, supported by floral notes and a touch of spice. Smooth, balanced, and persistent, with a fresh mineral lift.

Pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, barbecues, empanadas, charcuterie, and hard cheeses. Its freshness also makes it versatile with tomato-based pasta dishes and roasted vegetables.

Malbec

Mendoza (with vineyards across different sub-regions, including Uco Valley and Maipú)

Grapes are hand-picked from vineyards situated between 900 and 1,400 metres above sea level. The wide diurnal temperature range ensures ripe fruit flavours balanced with fresh acidity. Fermentation is carried out in concrete and stainless-steel tanks using indigenous yeasts to emphasise purity. Ageing occurs partly in concrete vats and partly in used oak barrels, avoiding heavy oak influence to preserve fruit character and minerality.
